I recommend you get a skin-in wetsuit.
A semi-dry has skin-in seals in the sleeves and legs, but not everywhere.
A full skin-in suit is one big seal that prevents most water from flushing through the suit.
They are the warmest wet suits.

I have had all my wetsuits in recent years made by AquaFlite (http://AquaFlite.com/).
Their Oceanliner material is skin-in.
Their full custom prices are very comparable with off the shelf prices from others.

Other popular skin-in wet suits brands used by very experienced local divers include Kettenhoffen and M&B.
