It's unlikely to happen (the judgment, not the death). The risks involved in diving the Yukon are obvious to the typical diver, it is clear that the DM is not entering the water to supervise on the wreck itself, and nothing the DM does on the surface fundamentally alters the nature of the risks the diver could expect to encounter during the dive.
