For those who want to get certified in the Bay Area I recommend Diver Dan's Wret pleasure in Santa Clara.
They charge $209 per person including rental and instructor fee.
The only thing you need to buy extra is the PADI book + log books that will cost you ~50 dollars.
Diver Dan's
209x2+50 = $468
So 468/2 = $234 per person
Your add:
350+~70x2 (rental fees) = $490
So 490/2 = $245 per person
I know that this is not a huge difference but Diver Dan's price is year long !!
This ad has nothing special to me ... Unless prices in Southern Cal are way above prices in Northern cal (but I doubt it).
If one of you want to get certified at Diver Dan's, I recommend getting certified by Aaron. He is reallyly good.
