Clearly, either you is or you ain't DIR. The Gospel according George, GUE, et al.
Bottom line: if I was into doing the type of diving WKPP is doing in Florida, I'd be DIR compliant and then some. FWIW.
And so would I, only because George is the boss there and can dictate policy. If George got fired and soemone else took over the cave and changed the rules/equipment requirements to gain access then I would comply if I wanted to dive there. I don't want to dive there so George's rules have no meaning or value to me.
