no one gave me any flak about my BP & wings & long hoses at San Mig either. That damn 45 lb halibut stole the show.
FWIW, that long hose is not EVEN an inconvenience, except when donning and doffing the gear, and that prob was more with me being impatient and lazy than anything else.
Oh yah, that MC storage pack changed the fit of the harness a bit. Now i need to loosen it up a slight bit. Otherwise, slinking through thick palm kelp, in 48 deg surgy water with a speargun, stirnger and goody bag was noooooo problem at all. The cursory DIR config. works well for me there!
