Lots of people dive the Yukon with a 7 mm with hooded vest. Unless you are sensitive to cold, it works OK for one dive. Some people find that two wet dives is pushing it, particularly if it is cool topside.
48-49 degrees is on the low end of the temperature range. Low 50's is more typical.
