I have a suit that's three years old. It has seen
some really tough diving. It went in today for
it's very first seal replacement. It doesn't
really need it as the suit still dove dry and it
has never flooded or leaked. - I am just being
proactive in preventing a problem later on down
the line when it's not expected, like at -250'
with an hour of deco obligation.
Other than it's first 5 or so dives, it never had
any talc or KY on any of it's seals - the first 5
were dusted with unscented talc.
