the way it was stated inferred that the storage problem was with an EMPTY or partially empty bag on the way "out". The velcro WORKS to keep the bag rolled up and stored you are NOT going to make a full bag disappear without some change in the molecular characteristics of the bag and or the items contained within, Velcro will NOT do that (will it?)
