Don't you mean, "without"? Or no 300' dives, period? This fatality also might have been prevented had the two divers been in voice communication. Considering what they paid for the rebreathers what's a few hundred bucks more to bend the safety curve in their favor. This was a tragic event but NOT a tragedy. Tragedies are fatal events that occur beyond our control or ability to prevent.
