Can't remember the full detail but the gist had to do with doing either
a safety stop or a deco stop and being clobbered by divers doing a crash
descent. This resulted in mask and possibly reg removal and recovery,
neither of which is life threatening just a pain in the keester.
As for my personal experience with SC I have had 2 less than stellar
experiences. Both involved open boats, one was to catalina and they
di a 45 minute dive briefing at BIRD ROCK, of couse the capt first had
a 10 minute brief. Talk about Draconian. The second was at one of the
out islands and at this time the brief was only 10 minutes - go figure.
Will I dive them again... humm it has been 5 years since... I doubt it.
