Agreed, but in the current political climate I think we'll get more Republican support than liberal Democratic. The last thing the tree huggers want is us "polluting and defiling" Mer Madre with dirty old ships. Also, some F&G folks are anti artificial reefs because they claim they draw marine populations away from natural habitat. Un effing believable, and our tax bucks pay their salaries. I could go on...
