I never did see an answer... even though you repeated
the question.
I never did hear any opinion from MHK other than
that the Yukon should be off limits to anyone without
OE training. He further said that it would be that
way on any boat he chartered.
I'd have to wonder if he would change that opinion
for this new ship... Maybe even for the Yukon. I
wouldn't mind having a straight answer to hold him to.
