Still, I would like to hear an answer to Steve's question.
If you get a wreck placed off of Catalina, would you suggest
the same restrictions for it that you did for the Yukon...
that the Yukon should be off limits to anyone without
OE training and further that it would be that way on any boat
you chartered.
As you say, it is early in the process, but I wouldn't expect
your view on procedures to change by then if you still have
the same view about the Yukon as you have previously
stated.
Do you still think a diver should be required to have OE
training to visit the Yukon? Do you think any diver diving
a warship wreck like you are thinking of trying to sink
should have OE training? Do you anticipate any changes in
that opinion? A simple straight answer could clear up this
question, that I'm sure many people are curious
about.
Enquiring minds want to know.
