Jeff, don't waste your time with this troll. He thinks ab recruitment is taking them. And he's really only been ab diving a couple of times, so it isn't like he's even great at it. So far, by my count, on this and various other lists, he's bagged a total of 8 abs, at the cost of one sprained ankle. But you're right, it's the attitude that scares me.
