The only experience I have is about 75-100 27' dives in a protected environment while using communication that is surface supplied and lowest water temp's in the mid 60's. I wouldn't hesitate to use this aga or the new super 48 with the detachable pod(reg) in the ocean. Should I start doing ice diving I probably will.
So the answer to your question is no.
Now, please share your experience in Monterey at 300' with the aga.
