With who and where should I dive?

Hello. I just moved back to California after living in Asia for 10 years. I know the diving is much different than SE Asia, because CA is where I started. Nevertheless, I have not dived in Cali for more than 10 years or so and I never had much CA diving experience to begin with. I was wondering where the top recommendations are and with which dive charters do you recommend the most.

My dive preferences are dynamic. I dont need all the beautifull coral of the Kerama Islands in Okinawa. I dont need the 100+ vis of the Coral Sea. I like big walls, wrecks and large sea creatures. I think a seal dive would entice me. Any recommendations?
