You say the wind has changed direction. I'm glad you're still a fan.
Just because we haven't had fanatics talking about it does not mean
that there is not a fairly well defined system of diving developed
in CA and adapted to CA sport diving. And yes, it's very inclusive.
Just for your information, I quit spearing in So Cal back when taking
abs was still legal and only take scallops enough to eat on the boat.
Do you feel there is any reason not to take bugs? If so, I hope you
put your answer in the context of the commercial fishery.
