Most boats cannot give you fills much higher than 3000psi, so you'll have to contend with about 80cu ft per tank. Also, they tend to be lighter than LP tanks, so you will need to add weight. If you haven't already, you also need to buy DIN regs. There are positives (lighter on your back, less expensive than LP, DIN is safer), but you asked for negatives.
