I believe the original writer (who ever that was -
this is obviously a clip and paste job) was trying
to point out that there have been no deaths on the
project since George took over and mandated DIR
configuration and protocol. My recollection was
that Sherwood and his team were not diving DIR, as
their actions pre-date when George took the
project over. Since then though, their safety
and exploration records have been stellar.
