These incredibly beautiful inhabitants are also the most pressure sensitive fish in our waters. When they are brought up from depth by sportfishermen, they often languish on the surface in a debilitated state of the bends.
All they really need is a safe means to get back down to depth for recompression. I have designed a device that allows for a non-invasive means of getting these beautiful fish back down to depth. I have been offering these devices free of charge to sportfishermen as my personal effort to help mitigate the mortality of sport caught fish due to decompression illness.
