history is full of assholes that think they can shout down the opposition, threaten them or whack 'em upside the head, both from the political right and the political left. In the good old US of A, that's a dangerous proposition! I guess the recreational anglers or charter operators think that they have exclusive ownership of the US territorial waters and their contents. I guess it's the same form of stupidity evinced by that fellow who wanted to know who (gov't agency) would be held legally responsible for shark attacks.
