I'm all for conservation--what pisses me off is the gov't taking away our freedoms.
So all you liberal tree huggers keep it up--one day they're going to tell you you can't dive anymore--and keep your polluting boat off the water, it distracts the fish that are trying to mate.
Where are they going to get all the money to fund the massive force of DFG agents it will take to enforce these areas? It certainly won't be from the money I spend on a California Fishing License. I'll do my fishing south of the border.
