The only absolute closure on PV would be a narrow strip from what appears to be Rat Beach over to Lunada Bay, and another smaller area off of outer Cabrillo Beach. Hardly a complete closure of the peninsula, although a lot of WSB are taken from Malaga, Lunada and Rat Beach areas and i'm sure that closure of those areas to recreational fishermen will cause some to give birth to entire herds of cattle. The rest of PV is as i stated in another post, wide open and buck freakin' naked to commercial fishing interests and everyone else.
