There's no way you gonna see under water without either contatcs, either built-in-mask lenses if you are shortsighted. Contacts work for me (suprisingly they don't come off that easily when my mask is flooded or removed), but that's very personal and depends on how your eyeballs are shaped and such. Built-in lneses are safe bet on the other hand. I believe pricewise it's about the same if you don't have contacts prescribed already.
