The speed limit is 65max and 45 minimum on MOST freeways. 70% of cars are not within those limits are they? PADI does not really care, they only RESPOND IF a big stink comes up instead of actively enforcing their own rules. Once again I AM PADI ADVANCED and if I'd not had 13 years of SCUBA experience BEFORE the class I would have not known the diff. THAT is why most do not complain... NOT because they are doing such a fabulous job of educating (i speak of the org. more than the individual instructors) I think if you cared to observe... the vast majority of people that note PADI and the like are NOT doing the job they should are EXPERIENCED divers.
You seem to be saying " It's impossible to go 75mph on the freeway! It's against the law! well folks, the sun is up and a LOT of cars are going 80mph!!(or 25 in the city)
