Last week was my first jump into 84 degree, 80 foot viz Bahamian waters with my Pioneer 27 wing and bp wearing only trunks and T shirt. Needless to say (so why am I saying it!) the rig performed flawlessly. In fact I had no need for the crotch strap, which I'm convinced is only provided to hook scooters to its D ring. Yeah, the aluminum 80 rode up a bit but not enough to cause any problem.
So Halcyon wing rigs aren't just for caves and deep tech. Just for the record.
