beach divers tend to get sloppy and get away from using dive floats and descent lines. that seems to happen everywhere. it shouldnt, but it does happen.
boat divers are "supposed" to use the anchor line, but a lot of them are sloppy and dont do that either.
its amazing how quickly everybody seems to forget what they have been taught about diving, once they start doing it on their own.
