it worked because i had most of my weight on my tank counteracting the effect of the new 20 cu ft pony strapped on the side of the HP 100. it took 18 lbs of Pb(lead) to offset the pony underwater.
it worked quite well descending horizontally. i was at first concerned that my ears would not clear properly, but that did not become a problem.
do horizontal ASCENTS happen face up or face down?
i think i will try that next.
