Put aside exact words for a second, and I stipulate that our waters are more challenging in some senses than Florida, what my thoughts are is that fundamentally DIR is equally, if not more so, applicable to our waters.. The very challenges that you ellude to is why I believe that DIR is more applicable to local waters..
Max, I hope in light of recent events, that you've taken a harsher look at DIR at are more willing to adopt the principles.. Will we see you this weekend????
