Don't get too hung up on air -v- 32%.. The methodology works either way..
The air - Nitrox debate is a whole separate discussion that will only be solved when the chicken and the egg get's settled...
The shops say no one wants it, diver's say they can't get it and the boats won't spend the money until there is more demand...
