That really depends on the tanks. I have a set of Faber 95s that are heavier at 15'/500psi than my set of PST120s at the same depth. I can get off the bottom with only a little work without inflating my wing. If I had to work hard at it, I would worry about CO2 build-up. With the 120s, I use a six pound SS back plate and five pounds of ditchable weight. I need the five pounds for a deco stop at 15', as the twin 120s aren't negative when they have 500 psi. I prefer to be weighted as close to neutral during every portion of a dive, rather than using aluminum tanks and wearing lots of weight.
