I have been diving a dry suit for about 7 Years and have used the method that DUI recomends. For me it is just easer to just have to wory about one thing to vent when I rise in the water column. I was tought to use the correct amount of weight to be nutural with only a smell bubble of air in my drysuit. This is enough to loft the underwear and controll bouyence and stay warm. The modern valves will vent quick enough to controll any sitution that may come about. The BC is only used on the surface.
