On an absolutely square profile, i.e. down to a fixed depth, then ascend, the table(s) will give you more bottom time than any computer. As I marginally inderstand it, computing "on the fly" without a computer will give you more bottom time than either the table(s) or computers. If not, why bother? Just accept the added conservatism of the computer for somewhat less bt.
