The DIR guys are of the opinion that these "escalating" deaths are the result of diminishing instructional standards. Considering the thousands of divers and dive hours this doesn't strike me as any kind of an epidemic. I hope Michael's right about Casino point fatalities, 'cause if he isn't, seahunt's gonna have him for dinner!
