The Cliffs; No access there unless your a paying guest, shore diving is fair there (Kayak is great) but my guess is that in about five years time, the Cliffs as you know it, will be awash in the tide. It has slowly been eroding the very ground it sits on, something about wanting really green grass back there on the bluff (hell, even half their pretty grass fell in a couple years ago). Beach access there in five years tops. Morro Bay is fair to poor, riding the tides out the bay is awsome though! =0. I havent been there in years. Cambria via kayak is excellent! Avila Beach rules for Hallies and no, we dive mostly Santa Barbara areas. Monterey only occasionaly.
