Yet another example of how we dive differently, Steve. I use both the front-aside from scooter applications. The back d ring holds spools and lift bags while the front is great parking a video on hangs or for securing drop weights for dry suit blow ups at 20 fsw. The webbing on the crotch strap is somewhat less stiff than the shoulder and waist strap material, but still not the slick seat belt stuff.

I have no idea why anyone would want the seat belt material unless you're diving naked.
