After all the insistance on streamlining gear, i.e., SPG clipped close on the left, nothing dragging or flying loose, why is it okay to have a bunch of "stuff" dangling from our crotches? Sounds like a big contradiction in gear configuration. There are damn few things I like between my legs and a crotch strap ain't one of 'em! I anchor my BP by tightening both shoulder straps, after market rigged so the left one becomes loose when I unbuckle the belly web.
