As I have mentioned before, you really shouldn't post to this list.

Your posts are logical, well-written, non-inflammatory, concise and on-topic, consider yourself a maverick on Diver.net

I do not believe in taking things from artificial reefs, such as the Yukon and Palawan and Red Cars and Barges ( local man made reefs ) or any of the historic shipwrecks ( Winnie/Aggi/Rosa etc ).

However I must fight with all my heart and soul any blanket law that prevents us finding things in the ocean and recovering them.

Technically, if I find an old used-n-forgotten beat-up second-rate dog-eared ( I like hyphens ) snorkel in the Casino Point Underwater park, its illegal for me to remove it.

Does that make any sense ?

Kevin
