All my OW students who have stuck with my program from beginning to end have graduated. I have had a few students not finish via self selection though. If I had a marginal student by the end of my 8+ week course, I would make the option available for them to prove their diving ability with more training.
2 out of 6 of my last class of wreck students did not pass though.
