Kendall,
To be neutral in the water, you must displace "X"
amount of water. No matter how deep you are, you need
to displace the same amount of water. Therefore, if
you are nuetral at all depths, your volume has not
changed. When you add air to the BC, you are restoring
volume lost to pressure, not adding volume. Disregarding
changes to volume of a wetsuit, your BC volume is constant,
and drag does not increase with depth. Did I get that
correct?

Neil
