It means many things, one of which is that they will not require silly banners on your tank, as far as them filling *any* tank I'll have to let them speak for themselves.. All I know is that when I bring my tank[s] to either shop they get filled correctly, timely and the mixes are on the mark and I'm not forced to put convulted stickers on my tanks that could lead to problems underwater...
