Do you mean partial pressure blending???? or is that some terminology that I'm not familiar with???
As far as dumping tanks, you will need to speak to them.. It may well be because if the relationship that I have with the shops but for me the answer is no..
In fact, with respect to the expensive helium based fills Jim has NEVER asked us to dump gas and more often that not I'll do my own gas mixing calculations and let Jim do his and then we'll compare.. That is especially useful when you have a half full tank, and isn't necessarily that important when you have dumped the tank..
Remember, I'm not too concerned if my helium is off a few percentages, but I am VERY concerned about the F02, that's the driving force...
