Don, this is nothing new, when I use to take my advance classes to Casino(10yrs. ago)I would see a rescue almost every trip(by the way I think that Casino is a bad location for entry level classes for a number of reasons).
Also if I caught one of my instructor's or DM's drinking or getting high while he or she was working they would be fired and reported to the training agency.
