Commercial Florida dive shop fill stations are blending or membrane systems, they do NOT pump pure O2 first then top with 21%. That is only done in garages by private individuals. Please give me/us the URL website of a single professional Florida dive shop that pumps pure O2 into non-dedicated tanks. If you're successful at locating even one, I shall eat the hat of your choice ;-)
