I fully understand your concern regarding the
majority of divers having no clue regarding the
laws in diving, such as Boyle's and so forth.
They need only to understand and remember
the practical application of these laws in diving.
This is what is reinforced and stressed in basic open water
classes. The laws are extensively learned
in more advanced training classes.
So there is no reason to be concerned regarding
this particular issue. Students may not remember
the name of the particular law, but they will
know what disregarding it, may do to them
while diving.
