I don't have a lot of an opinion on the topic, because much of the answer is based on the individual and other unknowns, but one question does arise. Isn't there an issue of bone development and gas pressures somewhere in here?
Also, while I find Mr. Kane's opinions very distorted generally, here I might have to agree with an issue he mentions. One of the most tragic events to touch the California diving community involved the death of a 14 year old. The events should not have occured and were due (in my opinion) to bad misjudgement.
