Cygal, I can promise you it had nothing to do with the flight. Whats the difference in flying 36 hours later than ascending 33 more feet in the water column 36 hours later. All this flying after diving stuff is overly dramatized. The hit problem came from your poor diving skills. Ascent rate, workload, poor bouyancy control and I'll bet your a little out of shape.
