The glossy dive rags are in DEMA's and the cert agencies back pocket, as is IMMERSED I'm afraid, and Undercurrents to my knowledge has never dealt with training quality issues, just dive travel venue ratings. Don't shoot me, but your bleak assessment suggests the cliche: if there's no solution, there's no problem. Follow the money.
