When GUE certification reaches critical mass here in California the question will be moot. But I guarantee PADI, NAUI, et al aren't going to stand idly by watching their market share erode. There are enough PADI instructors with a vested interest in PADI to bad mouth GUE all the way to their banks. I'll be they use scare tactics, accusing GUE certification as "Survivor" without the TV exposure and the instructors as frustrated wannabe S.E.A.L.s. So I'm the devil's advocate, but forwarned is forearmed, amigos.
