We already covered this... My point, and our recomendation is that you do NOT run your P02's at 1.6.. Also, as we noted, and as Dan suggests, when we plan a dive to exceed 100' we use a helium based mix.. Now that's not to say that if we were doing a dive to 100' and saw something at 110' that we wouldn't take a look.. It's just then when we plan a day of diving we generally know if we are going for something in excess of 100'.. The Moody comes to mind..
Once you use a 1.4 to start and then you start ascending you are down to 1.0 and below in no time so the issue is of less concern..
